“Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.”
— Psalm 73:25

There are moments in life when it feels like everything has come to an end.
Hope fades, fear takes over, and sadness becomes our daily companion.
These are the storms that rise unexpectedly and shake our stability — whether it's the result of a loss, betrayal, illness, tragedy, or painful goodbye. But remember: you have Jesus!

In those dark days, we feel alone — like nothing can change our situation. The psalmist Asaph seems to have gone through a moment like that. He was completely discouraged when he wrote this psalm. But everything changed when he entered into God's presence seeking Him. The Lord is above every storm, and He wants to help you stand firm too.
You are not alone!
God sees your tears. He’s there when no one else is. Trust Him.
His grace is more than enough for you today.

Trust in God alone!

  • Bow your knees, pray, and bring your pain to God today. He is the best friend you’ll ever have — in every season.

  • Don’t be afraid to cry, sing, or cry out for help. Whatever the situation, He is always watching over you.

  • If someone has disappointed you, forgive them. Bitterness and revenge are never worth it.

  • Seek God! Let the Holy Spirit examine your heart and show you how to respond in this moment.

  • Feed on God’s Word. It will strengthen your heart and fill you with hope for the journey ahead.

  • Find someone trustworthy to talk to and pray with.

Prayer:
Lord my God, I’ve been through moments of agony and deep disappointment. Everything around me feels vague and dark. I have only You, Lord! I can’t rise on my own — I need courage, Father. I place my trust in You alone. I trust in Your Word to sustain me. Help me face this situation, and give me strength to keep going. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
